Sledgehammer Transformer Kit 1.1

With the Transformer Kit 1.1 you can quickly change your mountain bike into a very coooool-looking skibike! We advise you to take a MTB "Downhill" because of its excellent geometry - suitable for this type of use. Some "Enduro" bikes can also be good, as long as they have a flat steering angle below 67 °. The kit is suitable for all MTBs with 142, 148 or 150 mm rear hubs with 12 mm thru axles and forks with 15 mm or 20 mm thru axles.

The total set consists of:

- 1x set of adapters made of aluminum

- 1x set of skis with a wood core - CAP construction

- 1x set of CNC machined 7075 alloy MX-style footrests O

You can also order separate components from this set, such as only the skis or adapters.

This version has an alloy instead of the MX footrest that you can slide into the bottom of the bottom bracket on which you insert the (supplied!) Pedals. Please note that this bottom bracket is secured with a screw, which means that a small hole in the bottom bracket must also be drilled. In short, make the best winter tool from your old bike.
